Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise and experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern web application development. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely deliveries of assigned tasks keeping the quality standard high, supporting in reviews and technical guidance to other team members. Candidate should be self-driven and should have potential to lead the project individually while working closely with customers.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using technologies like Angular or React JS or Node JS along with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Perform code reviews and guide/support other team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose/implement sustainable solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Self-learner, willing to experiment with latest tools & technologies.
• Experience in Waterfall/Agile development.
• Prior experience working on banking projects.
• Strong development and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good communication skills both written and oral.

Technical Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST API Development.
• Angular/React/Node, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Oracle PL/SQL (Functions, Stored Procedures) or SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• DevOps or Azure Cloud (Preferred).
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in Finance, Payments, SWIFT Messaging, ISO 20022, or Remittance projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in communicating complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player, willing to take responsibility and contribute.
• Can play lead role for managing 2-3 members.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA from reputed institute.
• At least 4 years relevant working experience with expertise in Java, Spring boot, Angular/React/Node and microservices architecture.
