Role Purpose

To ensure delivery of highquality soft services through workforce management, hygiene excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping and soft services operations.
• Plan duty rosters and staff allocation.
• Monitor hygiene, grooming, and service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage consumables inventory.
• Conduct training and team engagement activities.
• Resolve customer complaints within SLA timelines.
• Ensure availability and upkeep of housekeeping equipment.
• Support budget tracking and MIS reporting.
• Maintain safety, security, and site discipline.
