Senior Social Media Executive

Job Description:

Ingold Solutions is looking for a Sr. Social Media Executive to manage social media activities, create engaging content, strengthen brand awareness and manage contacts and leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The role involves planning content, engaging with followers, coordinating with marketing, sales and customer service teams, and reporting on results against business objectives.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Strategy: Research benchmark trends and audience preferences. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, set clear objectives and report on return on investment (ROI).
• Content Creation and Publishing: Generate, edit, publish and share engaging daily content, including original text, photos, videos and relevant news.
• Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing, sales and customer service teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation.
• Community Management: Communicate with followers, respond promptly to queries and monitor customer reviews.
• Profile Design and Updates: Oversee social media account design, including cover images, profile pictures and blog layouts, and keep profiles regularly updated.
• Brand Awareness: Suggest and implement promotions, competitions and new features to build brand awareness.
• Content Calendar and Creatives: Plan social media calendars and ensure creatives and scheduled content are prepared and published on time.
• LinkedIn Lead Management: Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, coordinate with relevant contacts and manage communication, follow-ups and the LinkedIn lead cycle.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Practical experience managing social media accounts, content calendars and brand communication.
• Strong content-writing, editing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging text and visual content.
• Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact engagement and lead follow-ups.
• Familiarity with Canva Pro for preparing social media creatives.
• Ability to understand audience preferences, set objectives and report on social media performance and ROI.
• Good planning and coordination skills to deliver timely content and work effectively with other teams.
