Key Responsibilities

A. Brand-Wise Social Media Management

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness,

customer engagement, reservations, restaurant footfall, and sales.

• Manage paid campaigns across relevant platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads,

and other suitable advertising channels.

• Develop brand-wise digital marketing strategies based on business objectives, target

audiences, location, and campaign budgets.

• Monitor advertising expenditure, campaign reach, leads, conversions, cost per result,

and return on advertising spend.

• Ensure promotions, discounts, events, new launches, and special occasions receive

appropriate digital visibility.

• Identify opportunities to improve online reservations, enquiries, party bookings, and

customer acquisition.

• Coordinate with Operations and outlet teams to ensure digital promotions are

implemented correctly at the restaurant level.

D. Competitor Analysis & Market Trends

• Regularly monitor competitor restaurants, hospitality brands, nightlife venues, buffet

restaurants, and relevant local businesses.

• Analyse competitor social media pages, content strategies, campaigns, promotions,

engagement levels, influencer collaborations, and customer responses.

• Benchmark each Chinagate brand against relevant competitors and identify areas for

improvement.

• Keep the team updated on current digital marketing trends, viral content formats,

platform updates, new tools, and emerging marketing opportunities.

• Develop innovative campaigns to help Chinagate brands stand out in the market.

• Submit regular competitor analysis reports with actionable recommendations to

Management.

• Ensure that each brand's digital performance remains competitive
