About this role
- Oversee and direct the day-to-day activities
- Be the SAFe Team Coach for the Operations team
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into operational solutions to achieve the business objectives

- Proven 10+ year experience as a DevOps engineer with fluency in at least two programming languages Linux
- Proven 5+ year experience supporting business-critical production systems
- Proven 3+ year experience in leadership SAFe framework
- A solid understanding of the Index sector or Financial markets/trading experience, including related business processes
- Excellent communications in English, presentation and inter-personal skills
