Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, monitor project progress, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction and site execution activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project schedules, progress and material requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Monitor construction quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material availability.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, real estate or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site execution and project coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors, site manpower and multiple work activities.
• Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel and project reporting tools preferred.
