3) Senior Site Engineer

Company: Highway Infrastructure Limited (HILTech)

Department: Real Estate

Location: Wayside Dhanodiya, Ujjain-Garoth Road, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 10-15 Years

Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Salary Range: 40000 to 50000 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute daily site activities for colony/wayside development, including restaurants, toilet facilities, car/bus parking, and fuel pumps.
• Execute earthwork, excavation, filling, grading, levelling, and compaction.
• Supervise construction of G+4 residential units, G+2 commercial buildings, service buildings, toilets, utility blocks, and other structures.
• Execute road works, footpaths, kerbs, drains, culverts, boundary walls, retaining walls, and paving works.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality and timely completion of work.

Preferred Experience: Strong experience in civil construction, colony development, and infrastructure projects.
