Senior Site Engineer

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years of construction experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Lead construction projects from planning to completion, manage site operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Plan and execute site activities as per project timelines and technical drawings.
• Supervise civil works including RCC, structural steel, finishes, utilities, and drainage systems.
• Coordinate daily with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Manage labor deployment, material planning, and daily progress reporting.
• Resolve site-level issues, technical deviations, and execution conflicts in real time.
• Conduct site inspections, material verification, and quality checks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for project management.
