Project Execution Engineer (Solar)

About Dexter Energy Dexter Energy is a Gurugram-based Solar EPC company delivering high-performance rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar plants across India. We design, engineer, procure, install, and commission turnkey solar systems.
The Role We're hiring a Project Execution Engineer to take solar projects from kick-off to commissioning : on time, on budget, and to spec. If you've delivered solar installations on the ground and thrive in site environments, we'd love to talk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site execution of solar rooftop/ground-mount projects end to end.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, vendors, and timelines
- Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications
- Liaise with clients, DISCOMs, and internal teams during execution and commissioning
- Maintain progress reports and resolve site-level issues
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of project execution experience in the solar industry (mandatory)
- Hands-on knowledge of solar installation, mounting structures, cabling, and commissioning
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering preferred
