Senior Site Engineer Finishing & MEP

Role & responsibilities

1. Tiles, stone, waterproofing, doors/windows, painting, ceilings aur sanitary fittings ki workmanship check karna.

2. Plumbing, drainage, electrical, firefighting/fire alarm aur other applicable services ke contractors coordinate karna.

3. Latest drawings, approved materials, locations, levels, routes aur installation details verify karna; clashes/missing details flag karna.

4. Concealed work cover hone se pehle inspection, measurement, photos aur required tests arrange/witness karna.

5. Contractor-wise joint measurements, completed quantities aur subcontractor bill verification karna.

6. Building/floor/flat-wise daily progress, defects, pending tests aur weekly targets maintain karna.

7. Office mein Diksha ke saath drawings, BOQ quantities aur billing records reconcile karna.

8. Existing junior/senior civil engineers ko practical checking aur documentation sikhana.

Drawing reading, basic AutoCAD, Excel aur measurement sheets.

* Finishing defects aur service installation problems identify karna.

* Contractor follow-up, work sequencing aur snag closure.

* Specialist tests kab required hain aur reports kaise verify karni hain, iska practical understanding.

Preferred candidate profile

* Diploma/BE/BTech Civil, Electrical or Mechanical. Qualification se zyada relevant site experience important hai.

* Preferably 6-10 years building experience, including finishing and MEP coordination.

* Residential apartments/high-rise projects mein execution se testing/handover tak practical exposure.

* Civil-background candidates are acceptable.
