• need a Senior ServiceNow Functional / ITSM Process Consultant.
  
• The focus is on reviewing their current ServiceNow processes, identifying gaps and improving the way the platform is being used.
  
• The consultant should have strong experience in:
  
• Service Catalog
  
• Incident Management
  
• Request Management
  
• Change Management
  
• Problem Management
  
• CMDB
  
• Asset Management
  
• ITIL / ITSM best practices
  
• Process reengineering and optimisation
  
• User training and adoption
  
• Stakeholder workshops
  
• Dashboard and KPI definition
  

What kind of profile to look for:

• 7+ years of relevant ServiceNow consulting experience.
  
• Strong functional and process consulting background.
  
• Should have worked directly with clients/business stakeholders to assess existing processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Should be able to conduct workshops, document gaps, define future-state processes and guide the ServiceNow team on required changes.
  
• Strong communication and training capability is important.
  
• ITIL certification will be preferred.
  
• Avoid profiles that are primarily ServiceNow Developers, integration specialists or coding/configuration-heavy resources.
  

Allocation / Location:

• This is now a Dubai-based, on-site position.
  
• The consultant will be expected to work from Veolias office in Dubai.
