Senior Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow configuration/implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI/GenAI features.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Minimum 2 active ServiceNow CIS certifications; CAD is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, Studio IDE, and ATF.
• Good understanding of data management and databases.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Sprint-based environments.

Good to Have:

• AI adoption and change management experience.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI.
• Experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
