About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes using ITSM/ITOM principles.
- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and reports in Snow Developer to enhance the functionality of existing systems.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data integrity, and user access.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in ITSM/ITOM processes.
- Strong understanding of Snow Developer platform for building custom modules and integrations.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across various departments.
