Senior Service Now Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow-to-dcTrack integrations.
• Integrate project, model, configuration, and planning data.
• Retrieve assessment, planning, reservation, blocker, and reference-status information from dcTrack.
• Build reusable integration actions and data-correlation methods.
• Implement integration monitoring, logging, retries, and exception handling.
• Maintain technical documentation for payloads, authentication, data mappings, and support procedures.
• Follow an out-of-the-box-first, configuration-first, and integration-first approach.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with DCIM, infrastructure, asset, network, or procurement integrations.
• Experience with Sunbird dcTrack is highly desirable.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
