Senior Service Now Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications using various modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop custom scripts using JavaScript to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data integrity, and user access.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in at least one module (ITSM).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles (OOPs) concepts.
• Proficiency in writing clean, well-documented code using JavaScript for developing custom scripts.
