Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience and 3+ years of hands-on ITOM expertise.

Required Skills: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB

• MID Server configuration and management

• Discovery Patterns, IRE, CSDM 4.0

• JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Script Includes

• REST/SOAP Integrations, Integration Hub, Flow Designer

• Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk integrations

• AWS/Azure, Linux/Windows administration

• SNMP, SSH, WMI, PowerShell, Bash

Responsibilities:

Implement and support ITOM solutions

Build and maintain Service Maps

Develop custom Discovery Patterns and CMDB solutions

Configure Event Management and Alert Correlation

Ensure CMDB health and data governance

Mandatory Certifications:

ServiceNow CSA

ServiceNow CAD

Preferred: CIS - Service Mapping or Event Management, ITIL v4 Certification.
