Senior Service Manager - CNC / VMC

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage service operations for CNC/VMC machines.
• Oversee machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize machine uptime.
• Lead and mentor service engineers and technicians across assigned territories.
• Handle critical breakdowns and provide technical guidance for complex machine issues.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service requests, technical complaints, and maintenance requirements.
• Analyze recurring machine problems and implement root-cause and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Spares, Sales, and Technical teams for service resolution.
• Monitor service response time, first-time fix rate, machine downtime, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage spare-parts requirements, service tools, and inventory planning.
• Review service reports, maintenance records, warranty claims, and customer complaints.
• Support AMC/CMC renewals, service contracts, and revenue-generating after-sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, service procedures, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical feedback to the engineering/product teams for machine improvement.
• Prepare service MIS, performance reports, and management dashboards.
