Eplanet Soft is looking for an experienced Senior SEO Manager / SEO Lead who can take complete ownership of SEO strategy, execution, team management, and organic growth across multiple client projects.

This is a senior-level role for someone who understands both traditional SEO and the evolving search landscape, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI search, entity optimization, and semantic SEO.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop strategies, identify growth opportunities, guide the SEO team, work closely with content and development teams, communicate with clients, and connect SEO performance with business outcomes.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple projects.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and long-term organic growth plans.
• Conduct advanced keyword, competitor, content, and search-intent research.
• Manage technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, canonicals, redirects, page speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site architecture.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, service pages, location pages, and blogs.
• Build strong internal linking and content architecture strategies.
• Develop content strategies based on keyword clusters, topic authority, entities, and user intent.
• Identify featured snippet, People Also Ask, and direct-answer opportunities.
• Develop and execute AEO strategies for answer-driven and conversational search.
• Support GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered and generative search experiences.
• Improve content structure, factual clarity, authority, and contextual relevance for AI-driven discovery.
• Monitor brand visibility and citation opportunities across AI search platforms where measurable.
• Develop Local SEO strategies for location-based and multi-location businesses.
• Conduct backlink analysis and develop sustainable authority-building strategies.
• Monitor organic rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR, leads, conversions, and landing-page performance.
• Identify performance declines and create corrective action plans.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search developments, and emerging organic search trends.
• Manage and mentor SEO executives and specialists.
• Review team output and maintain quality standards.
• Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, project managers, and other marketing teams.
• Participate in client meetings, strategy discussions, and performance reviews.
• Present SEO performance, recommendations, opportunities, and challenges in clear business language.
  

The candidate should have a strong understanding of how search is moving beyond traditional SERPs.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimizing content for direct answers, featured snippets, and conversational queries.
• Structuring content with clear questions, concise answers, comparisons, lists, and supporting information.
• Improving entity clarity and semantic relationships across website content.
• Building topical authority around priority services and subject areas.
• Optimizing content for AI-powered search and generative discovery.
• Improving content so it is easier for search engines and AI systems to understand, retrieve, summarize, and reference.
• Strengthening brand authority and third-party mentions.
• Monitoring AI-search visibility and adapting strategy as platforms evolve.
  

• 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Local SEO, and content SEO.
• Strong knowledge of AEO and GEO concepts.
• Understanding of AI-driven search, generative search, and conversational search.
• Advanced keyword and search-intent research skills.
• Strong knowledge of entity and semantic SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Strong understanding of structured data and schema.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple SEO projects.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Team management and mentoring experience.
