About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Executive with strong hands-on experience in SEO to drive organic growth, search visibility, and website performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Content SEO, along with exposure to AEO, GEO and AI Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings and visibility.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.
• Manage On-Page SEO including content optimization, metadata, internal linking, URL structure and site architecture.
• Handle Technical SEO including crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, sitemap, robots.txt and technical audits.
• Plan and execute Off-Page SEO, backlink building and digital PR initiatives.
• Work closely with content teams to develop SEO-driven content strategies.
• Monitor and optimize website performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools.
• Identify SEO issues and implement data-driven solutions.
• Track SEO KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Explore AEO, GEO, AI Search and LLM visibility opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, Development and Marketing teams to implement SEO improvements.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Content SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, crawling, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience working on large-scale websites is preferred.
• Good understanding of AEO, GEO, AI Search and LLM SEO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage SEO initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 5 days a week from the Sarjapur Road, Bangalore office.
