Senior SEO & Digital Growth Manager U.S. Healthcare

Indus Medica is looking for an experienced SEO and digital-growth professional in India to lead organic growth for healthcare organizations operating in the United States.

We are looking for someone who understands much more than social-media posting. The ideal candidate can own the entire organic-growth strategy—from technical SEO and Google Search Console to local SEO, healthcare content, authoritative backlink outreach and AI-search visibility.

What you'll own:

* U.S. healthcare SEO strategy

* Technical and on-page SEO

* Local SEO and Google Business Profiles

* Keyword and competitor research

* High-quality backlink acquisition and digital outreach

* Healthcare content strategy and internal linking

* GA4 and Google Search Console analytics

* Ahrefs/Semrush/Screaming Frog

* Schema and structured data

* AEO/GEO and AI-search visibility

* LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube coordination

* Organic lead and conversion growth

Experience: 4–7+ years

Compensation: ₹7–18 LPA; higher compensation may be considered for an exceptional candidate with demonstrated U.S. healthcare SEO results.

A CS/IT/Engineering degree is welcome but not mandatory. Demonstrated SEO performance is considerably more important.

To apply: Send your CV on [HIDDEN TEXT] plus 2–3 websites you have personally optimized. Tell us what you changed and provide measurable results—organic traffic growth, keyword improvements, local rankings, leads or conversions.

We are looking for someone who can build and execute the strategy, not simply supervise an agency.
