Senior SEO and Organic Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO and organic growth strategies for B2B, SaaS, and technology businesses.
• Improve US Google search rankings and overall organic visibility.
• Conduct advanced keyword research based on search intent, competition, and business objectives.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
• Optimize service pages, landing pages, blogs, and website content for visibility and conversions.
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
• Plan and implement content and programmatic SEO strategies.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
• Work with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.
• Develop conversion-focused SEO strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other key SEO metrics.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI Search, GEO, and evolving SEO trends.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns.
• Collaborate with content, development, design, and marketing teams on growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of relevant SEO experience.
• Strong experience in B2B, SaaS, or Technology SEO.
• Hands-on experience with US SEO and Google rankings.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
• Excellent keyword research and search-intent analysis skills.
• Experience with service-page and landing-page SEO.
• Understanding of programmatic SEO and scalable content strategies.
• Strong link-building and organic growth experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
• Proficiency in Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
• Understanding of AI Search/GEO.
• Experience with Google Ads/PPC and paid search.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect SEO and paid marketing efforts with traffic, leads, and business growth.
