Senior Security Engineer

Job Description Summary The L3 Endpoint Security Engineer plays a critical role in the delivery and support of advanced endpoint security services for our clients. As part of NTT Cyber Security team, this engineer will be responsible for managing, troubleshooting endpoint products.

Primary Objectives

• :Provide expert-level support and incident response for security platforms
• .Lead complex troubleshooting and configuration tasks
• .Collaborate with clients to tailor security policies to their needs
• .Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base development

• esAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for endpoint security too

• ntConfigure and optimize email filtering, DLP, encryption, and threat protection policie
• s.Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident report
• s.Collaborate with client IT and security teams to implement best practice
• s.Assist in onboarding new clients and integrating endpoint security solution
• s.Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring SLAs are me
• t.Support endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Palo Alto XDR, Trellix, etc) as neede
