Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery initiatives for the client .The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across cross-functional teams delivering digital, customer, and operational solutions within the travel and hospitality domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and sprint commitments.
• Track and report sprint metrics, team velocity, burn-down charts, and release progress.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile coaching.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support release planning, PI planning, and roadmap execution where applicable.
• Ensure transparency in project status, risks, and issues through regular stakeholder communication.
• Promote Agile maturity and coach team members on Scrum values and principles.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project and Agile management tools such as:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps
• Miro
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Travel, Hospitality, Cruise, Airlines, or Transportation domains.
• Exposure to customer-facing digital platforms such as:
• Online Booking
• Reservation Systems
• Loyalty Programs
• Mobile Applications
• E-commerce Platforms
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• SAFe certification is an added advantage.
