Senior SCM Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert-level support to clients on Microsoft Dynamics AX Supply Chain Management (SCM) module, ensuring optimal system configuration and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop customized solutions using SCM functionality.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on SCM processes, procedures, and best practices within the context of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Troubleshoot issues related to supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics planning, and procurement processes.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting ERP systems specifically focused on SCM modules such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Strong understanding of functional aspects of SCM including procurement-to-pay cycle, inventory control, order management, logistics execution & warehouse management.
• Experience working with various industries such as manufacturing or retail is an added advantage.
