Preferred candidate profile

Education: PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific/technical field

Research experience: Demonstrated experience conducting independent, hypothesis-driven research and solving complex scientific problems.

Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of relevant methodologies, experimental techniques, computational tools, statistical methods, or laboratory technologies.

Publication record: Peer-reviewed publications, conference papers, patents, or other evidence of meaningful research contributions.

Preferred personal qualities: Intellectual curiosity, scientific rigor, critical thinking, persistence, attention to detail, and a strong ethical approach to research.
