Senior Scientific Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct laboratory tests, including biochemistry, hematology, histopathology, and serology to diagnose medical conditions.
• Supervise junior scientists and technicians in the laboratory setting.
• Develop and implement new diagnostic protocols and procedures for clinical pathology services.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses.

Job Requirements :

• Master's/ Bachelor's/ Diploma degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience i
• Strong knowledge of NABL guidelines and regulations governing lab operations.
• Proficiency in various laboratory techniques including DMLT, ELISA, etc.
