Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Senior SAP Consultants with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition  implementations.

The consultant will be responsible for leading functional activities across the implementation lifecycle, working closely with customers to understand business requirements, conduct fit-to-standard workshops, configure SAP best-practice processes, and ensure successful deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong business-process knowledge, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to lead implementation teams independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation activities for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition / GROW with SAP.
• Conduct customer discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Understand business requirements and map them to standard SAP best-practice processes.
• Drive SAP Activate methodology and implementation deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain business process documentation and configuration documents.
• Configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition based on approved business processes.
• Advise customers on Clean Core principles and minimize unnecessary customizations.
• Identify gaps and recommend appropriate SAP standard solutions, extensibility options, or integrations.
• Coordinate with SAP, customer business teams, technical teams, and other implementation consultants.
• Lead functional testing, integration testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Support data migration, integration, security and authorization teams from a functional perspective.
• Resolve functional issues and provide root-cause analysis during implementation and hypercare.
• Mentor junior consultants and review project deliverables.

Candidates with cross-functional knowledge across multiple areas will be preferred.
