Senior SAP FICO S/4 HANA Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA.
• Extensive experience in SAP FI/CO configuration, testing, implementation, and production support. Prior involvement in end-to-end implementation projects is mandatory.
• Strong expertise across core SAP FI/CO modules, including:
• FI Master Data
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank Accounting
• Asset Accounting
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Project Systems
• Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
• Bank Reconciliation
• Experience in global rollouts, country-specific deployments, and localization projects will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP is desirable.
• Must have successfully delivered at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA FI/CO implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Validations, Substitutions, User Authorizations, and SAP Fiori Applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), best practices, and tools such as JIRA and Transport Expresso.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global and cross-functional environment.
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
• Willingness to participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to clearly present and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
