SAP FICO Configuration & Support

• Configure, implement, and support SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in SAP S/4HANA.
• Handle General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and support Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing, Material Ledger, Work in Progress (WIP), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Work on Margin Analysis and account-based profitability reporting using the Universal Journal.
• Support financial accounting processes, month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Configure and troubleshoot integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules, including MM and SD.
• Support cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, profitability analysis, and variance analysis.
• Work with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SAP Fiori applications, and S/4HANA Finance best practices.
• Participate in business requirement gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve financial processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration, implementation, and support.
• Good knowledge of:
  
• FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• CO: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, WIP, and CO-PA.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Margin Analysis.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications, financial reporting, and real-time analytics.
• Knowledge of FI/CO integration with SAP MM and SD.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
