Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 12+ years of experience and a strong CA/Chartered Accountant background. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects and strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP FI/CO modules.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders and COPA.
• Handle integration of FICO with MM, SD and other SAP modules.
• Conduct workshops with Finance/business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and test scripts.
• Support data migration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Resolve complex SAP FICO issues and provide functional solutions.
• Work closely with business users, technical teams and project management.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior SAP FICO consultants.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and statutory requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of SAP FICO experience
• CA / Chartered Accountant background
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI & CO
• Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting
