Contract 7-12 Years 1 Position
Role Summary
Provide senior L3 SAP ABAP support for defects, technical troubleshooting and approved minor changes across SAP ECC.
Must-have Skills - ABAP Objects, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms
- User exits, BAdIs, BAPIs, RFCs and iDocs
- Debugging, dumps and performance analysis
- Transport, testing and release support
- SAP AMS production support
- Diagnose and correct production defects
- Support integrations and complex technical incidents
- Develop approved minor changes within capacity
- Perform code review, testing and deployment support
- Maintain technical documentation and reusable fixes
- Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.
- Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
- Strong written and verbal communication with business users, Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
- Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
- Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
- Ability to lead technical diagnosis during SAP P1 incidents.
- Ability to mentor L2 resources and provide primary/backup coverage within the ABAP pool.
