Role Summary  

Litmos is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our GTM Systems & Operations team. This role is central to our AI-first development approach, building and maintaining Salesforce solutions using modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows. You will work within VS Code using Claude Code and other AI agents to develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations across our go-to-market systems.  

Core Responsibilities  

Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, triggers) across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrated GTM systems  

Work within VS Code using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development velocity  

Follow established pre-flight plans and governance frameworks that guide AI agent behavior during development  

Manage code through GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and version control best practices  

Build and configure Agentforce solutions to automate GTM workflows  

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (Planhat, ZoomInfo, Pendo, EverStage, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ)  

Execute deployments through structured staging, smoke testing, and production release processes  

Write unit tests and maintain code coverage standards  

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues across the Salesforce ecosystem  

Document solutions, configurations, and technical decisions for team knowledge sharing  

Required Qualifications  

3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)  

Strong proficiency in VS Code as a primary development environment  

Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development  

Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)  

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred)  

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices for Salesforce  

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits  

Preferred Qualifications  

Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI features  

Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or CPQ  

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms via APIs and middleware  

Personal AI/coding projects demonstrable via GitHub  

Salesforce Agent or AI certification  

Experience working in a lean, fast-moving team environment

Development: VS Code, Claude Code, GitHub, Salesforce CLI (sf/sfdx)  

Platform: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ

Salary Range: ₹20,00,000 to ₹28,00,000 plus 10% bonus
