Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3- 5 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Flows, and security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Deploy changes across Salesforce environments using Salesforce CLI, change sets, or CI/CD tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills:

• 3+years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Triggers.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and asynchronous Apex.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Experience with deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, or change sets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and best coding practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
