Senior Salesforce Developer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Senior Salesforce Developer (5+ Years Experience) who thrives in a dual-responsibility environment. This role is split between maintaining high operational stability across our Live Production Environment and designing/implementing New Architectural Features for our enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) ecosystem.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within mid-to-large-scale enterprise deployments.
• Live Support Experience: Proven background in handling high-priority production support, system health monitoring, and post-deployment maintenance.
• FSL & Service Cloud Mastery: Mandatory expertise in conguring, customizing, and troubleshooting Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud applications.
• ERP Integration Track Record: Practical experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP or similar enterprise backend systems.
