Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Build scalable and maintainable enterprise-grade applications aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on scalable platform design and governance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, optimise, and refactor complex Salesforce codebases.
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture decisions and logic flows.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce features and recommend platform innovations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript, and Salesforce data modelling.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on exposure to Agentforce capabilities and architecture.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein AI, Flow, and Next Best Action.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and platform events.
• Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and secure coding.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
