The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while leveraging AI and automation to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Data Cloud solutions.
• Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
• Design and optimize integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Build and enhance AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
• Handle large data volumes and ensure platform performance optimization.
• Configure and maintain Flows, validation rules, and business process automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot development, configuration, and integration issues.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform Development.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Data Cloud implementations.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Knowledge of Flows, automation, and large data volume management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
