Senior Salesforce Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to design and build scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions supporting our healthcare initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce technical expertise with strong healthcare domain knowledge.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure Health Cloud solutions, including care plans, care team management, and provider/patient data models. Develop and customize Apex, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce to extend Health Cloud functionality. Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware. Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FHIR/HL7 standards). Collaborate with analysts, architects, and QA teams across the full SDLC. Support CI/CD deployments and adhere to Salesforce development best practices. Stay current with Health Cloud updates and emerging AI capabilities like Agentforce for Health. Required
• Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL). 1+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. 5+ years of experience in the healthcare/health domain, with knowledge of clinical workflows, payer/provider processes, and compliance requirements. Experience integrating Salesforce with external healthcare systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security model. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications Multiple active Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin, Health Cloud Accredited Professional). Salesforce Accredited Agentforce Health Professional certification is a huge plus.
