About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business success. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and the ability to integrate various Salesforce services to meet client needs.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), AURA, and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce Integration Services to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize the adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), AURA, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration Services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, or related certifications.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and enterprise CRM solutions.
• Strong technical background in Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration.
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
• Strong mentoring, training, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Passion for delivering innovative Salesforce solutions and driving customer success.
