Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, automation, data management, security, and CI/CD. The role involves developing scalable solutions and modernizing custom ordering and quoting functionality using Salesforce standard capabilities where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build Apex triggers, REST services, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable, and asynchronous processes.
• Configure Sales Cloud including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, Quotes, Orders, Campaigns, and Forecasting.
• Build automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and duplicate/matching rules.
• Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Composite/Bulk APIs, Platform Events, CDC, Named Credentials, OAuth, and JWT.
• Handle data migration, cleansing, mapping, bulk loading, and reconciliation.
• Implement Salesforce security, sharing, permissions, and access controls.
• Write Apex test classes and maintain 85%+ coverage for new code.
• Use GitLab, Salesforce CLI, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Participate in design, code reviews, SIT/UAT, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years Salesforce development & administration experience
• Strong Sales Cloud experience
• Advanced Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong knowledge of Flow, security, sharing, reporting, and data management
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
• Strong understanding of Governor Limits, bulkification, asynchronous Apex, and best practices
• Experience with GitLab, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
