Key Responsibilities: 
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with technical specifications. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs into robust technical solutions. 
- Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and implementation of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. 
- Provide architectural guidance and support to the development team, ensuring scalability and security in all solutions. 
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and performance. 
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, assessing their applicability to enhance our existing systems. 
- Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Skills and Tools Required: 
- Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. 
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization techniques. 
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and governance. 
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. 
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus. 
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 
- Exceptional leadership qualities with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I&II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.
