The flat hierarchy allows for transparent communication and idea exchange, creating a supportive and empowering work environment. Workplace Category - Hybrid (3 days a week)

Your Role
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.

Your Role
- Design and develop solutions on the Force.com platform
- Participate in technical design discussions and document solutions
- Develop and test custom development and integrations
- Analyze and resolve application and system problems
- Provide support to end users for Salesforce-related issues
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and design patterns
- Evaluate software packages and make buy vs. build recommendations
- Configure and administer the Salesforce platform
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Application Development
- Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administration
- Expertise in Apex Triggers, Classes, Controllers, VF Pages
- Experience in integrating web services and developing REST APIs, SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Component, Aura, and Communities
- Software architecture, design, and problem-solving skills
- Strong unit testing abilities and attention to detail
- Understanding of development best practices on the Force.com platform
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (a plus)
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD processes, and code versioning systems (e.g., GitHub)
