Role: Senior Salesforce Developer – Salesforce Cloud Voice ( SCV) & Amazon Connect Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Timezone Requirement: Australian business hours (4:30 AM – 1:30 PM IST) Compensation: Market standard Role Overview Looking for immediate joiners We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Voice Connect (SCV) and Amazon Connect integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise delivering end-to-end contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce and deep knowledge of Salesforce development and customization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions Build and support end-to-end integrations between Salesforce Voice Connect (SCV) and Amazon Connect Proven hands-on experience with: Salesforce Voice Connect (SCV) Amazon Connect End-to-end contact center solution implementation Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and REST API integrations Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, layouts, dashboards, and reports Work with Force.com Bulk API and Metadata API Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices
