Senior Salesforce Developer- PEAK

Experience: 8+ years Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Indore, Hyderabad, Mumbai ROLE OVERVIEW The Senior Salesforce Developer – PEAK will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a strong focus on scalable custom development, platform integrations, and enterprise-grade solution delivery. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Triggers, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform customization to support complex business requirements while maintaining performance, security, and code quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Salesforce Development • Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business and functional requirements. • Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Flows to deliver scalable and high-performing platform capabilities. • Customize Salesforce Lightning Experience UI to improve usability, productivity, and business process efficiency. Integration & Technical Design • Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or equivalent tools. • Design integration patterns for synchronous and asynchronous communication, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. • Work with OAuth, SSO, and identity management frameworks to support secure authentication and authorization across integrated systems. Code Quality & Best Practices • Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, governor limit considerations, and performance optimization principles. • Apply strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling to build efficient, secure, and maintainable solutions. • Contribute to design discussions and recommend the right balance between declarative automation and custom development using Flow and Apex. DevOps & Deployment • Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and release management using source control tools such as Git and Bitbucket along with Salesforce DevOps tooling. • Participate in environment management, release planning, version control, testing coordination, and deployment governance. • Promote DevOps and DevSecOps best practices to improve deployment speed, release reliability, and platform stability. Security & Governance • Implement and maintain Salesforce security controls including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and access governance. • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, maintainability, and audit readiness. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term, scalable resolutions aligned with architectural standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation. • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, and Flows. • Extensive experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools. • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce database/data model design. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket, and Salesforce DevOps practices. • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and access control mechanisms. • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience customization. • Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management concepts. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage complex technical requirements. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience working with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration tools. • Exposure to enterprise release management, automated testing, and large-scale Salesforce implementations. • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud-related credentials are preferred.
