Senior Salesforce Developer

• 7+ years of experience in software development. SF developer who can work independently and has experience of working with Sales Cloud / (Pardot).
• 5+ years development experience on the Force.com platform, with strong expertise in implementing design patterns.
• Experience on Sales Cloud and Service and/or Marketing Cloud (Pardot/Account Engagement)
• Must possess and verify an Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.
• Must possess and verify an Active Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Demonstrated experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, Force.com REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages
• Must have experience working with relational databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and ETL processes
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications via Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts.
• Solid understanding of OAuth, REST, SOAP, events streaming (Pub/Sub, CDC) and messaging queues.
• Leveraged AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, and Windsurf
• Contributions to AI-driven Salesforce proof-of-concepts or pilots would be plus.
• Supports Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments and tooling (Salesforce DevOps, Copado, Gearset)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
