Key Responsibilities

CopaDocs Delivery
- Partner with Copados Salesforce implementation team and the CopaDocs delivery vendor across the build: migration (ClickHelp Salesforce), the authoring workflow, the community-facing Intake UI, the review pipeline, and the gamification/rewards layer.
- Review vendor deliverables against agreed scope and milestones, flagging risks or scope gaps early.
- Support UAT and QA sign-off at each build milestone before go-live.
- Own CopaDocs platform maintenance end-to-end post-go-live: break/fix, enhancements, performance, and data integrity.

Existing Community Portal Maintenance
- Maintain and support the Community Portals existing modules built prior to CopaDocs ensuring ongoing stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
- Proactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunities across existing modules.

New Community Requirements
- Scope, build, and ship new Community Portal capabilities as theyre identified by the Community team, beyond the CopaDocs program.
- Translate program requirements (e.g., reputation/points logic, rewards catalog configuration, future community initiatives) into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support integration of AI-assisted or beta features into the Community Portal where relevant to the program roadmap.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Community, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to align technical builds with program needs.
- Contribute technical input to the platforms longer-term direction, including its evolution toward Copados broader community platform strategy.

Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
- Proven experience building on Salesforce Experience Cloud (or Community Cloud) - ideally community, portal, or self-service style implementations.
- Strong grounding in declarative Salesforce (Flow, validation rules, permission/sharing models) alongside custom code.
- Experience working alongside or overseeing third-party implementation vendors/system integrators.
- Comfort owning both greenfield build work and long-term BAU maintenance of a live production system.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to work directly with technical and non-technical program owners alike.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).
- Experience with gamification, reputation/points systems, or community engagement features is a plus.
- Based in Bengaluru, able to work in-office alongside the Community team.
