Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager who will operate as an Individual Contributor while exhibiting strong leadership capabilities. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of 4–5 sales executives to support overall business growth and revenue

objectives.

• Generate leads through site visits, referrals, and digital platforms. • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively. • Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Guide, mentor, and support executives in achieving the targets.
• Assist executives in client handling, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Stay updated with market trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA • 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record as an individual contributor
• Experience in mentoring or team handling preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Key Competencies:
