Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to focus exclusively on residential property sales in South Mumbai. The role involves assisting clients in buying and selling premium residential apartments and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales of residential properties such as apartments and luxury homes
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients
• Negotiate pricing and assist in closing residential property deals
• Maintain updated knowledge of residential property market trends in South Mumbai

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (any discipline) 
• Experience in residential real estate sales is an advantage
