Senior Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions (B2B / B2C / field sales / key accounts)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role fit, experience, and competencies
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Drive offer discussions, negotiation, and closures
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline health, etc.)
• Ensure adherence to hiring quality and timelines

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of sales hiring across industries
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good negotiation and influencing skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

Preferred Background:

• Experience hiring for Healthcare / SaaS / CDIT/Automotive sales roles
• Exposure to volume hiring and lateral hiring
