Senior Sales Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience , with at least 5 years in a B2B sales.

• Proven track record of success in selling software products preferably in the insurance/BFSI sector

• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.
