Position - Senior Sales Officer
Location - Chennai and Mumbai
Education - MBA/B.E/ Diploma
Experience - 6- 12 years
Reporting - Regional Manager Trade
Key Expectation-
- To ensure achievement of sales, fitment, overdues and godownwise stock plan for his area.
- To provide resource and support to his sales / fitment targets are met as per the business plan.
- To analyse sales, fitment Vs potential of an area and develop a plan to strengthen the distribution network and implement the same.
- To supervise the working of dealers in terms of
- Stocking of our products
- Maintenance of infrastructure for proper visibility and distribution of our products.
- Overdues control
- Development of roling sales plan
- Coordination with C & F agent for execution of order
- Constantly keep abreast of competitors activities.
- To effectively lead and motivate his sales team.
